Don't know about Tyson being a bully but certainly was intimidating and psychologically won many fights before a punch was thrown. First time someone stood up to him and showed he wasn't unbeatable was a boxer I didn't rate at the time, Tony Tucker.

Mike Tyson was fecking awesone in his pomp, people forget. He scared them to death. He'd knock seven shades of **** out of this current crop of heavyweights, no danger. So would Lennox Lewis and Evander Holyfield in his prime.

Not forgetting Larry Holmes, one of the great heavyweights of all time. Not his fault there wasn't much about at the time. All you can do is beat who is put in front of you.

Boxing's heyday is long long gone, the 'Fantastic Four' era will never be bettered.

Didn't believe it. Was out in California about five or six weeks ago visiting my son. I asked quite a few Americans, none of them had heard of Front at Wilder

Hit man Hearns, he had the skinniest legs I have ever seen on any boxer. Think one of his nicknames was pipecleaner legs.

Don't know about that Dirk. Don't think Catweasel, Giant Haystacks, Mick McManas etc ever posed a threat to the boxing world.......however it does give away my age a bit

Callisto, of course, meant "one fell swoop". Although Shakespeare used it in Macbeth, no one knows where the phrase originated.

Okey dokey. |

I think in his prime Iron Mike was hard to beat but the flaws of his mental make up means
you cant have him at no1 |
|
By:

Just can not see how his odds are as big against such a mug. |
