Rangers look a great bet today.  Aberdeen don't do playing well against Rangers.  Rangers have got stronger this season as well.  An away win for me.

Agree with most of that Plat, Rangers look a good bet and if I was neutral I'd be all over it.

Must take issue with your best player comment though, Christie barely turned up for us after New Year. 5th best, maybe, at a push. No great loss. Too soon to say if the new guys will weaken us but the lad Ferguson, despite the bloodline, looks like he's going to be a star. Still need a striker badly which is why I fear for us today.

I have gone for over 1.5 goals I also expect a rangers win but am laying aberdeen

At full speed I thought Ball wasn't the last man and the keeper and defenders were back on the line. I thought there was a rule that if it's a pen then no red card. Maybe I made that up. At the time I actually thought he'd given a free kick to us rather than a pen going by the amount of whining the Rangers players were doing. Windass went down very easily I thought.

You need to watch the game again. Plus we were a man short.

Aberdeen were terrible. Gleeson and Forrester look like they add nothing to that midfield. Cosgrove is the new Stockley big lump who'll never score. Surprised no one has tried to sign Shinnie he's like two players in the midfield whenever I've seen him.

Windass dived for the penalty. Tiny tug on the jersey and he launched himself to the floor. Blatant cheating. Gerrard's interview was a total embarrassment. He should get slaughtered in the media but no chance he will.

Just shows you how bad things are when the biggest cheer of the day was when the completely past it May clattered Jack. The crowd wanted another clattering but I wanted a goal, and I've no idea how we got one, must have been a great thrill for the kid who got it. Players should be inspired when putting on the jersey with our history, we used to be feared, now they just laugh at our hopeless tactics. Not inclined to write off the Irish boys just yet, disrupted preseason and starting against Rangers isn't a gentle bedding in period. Give them a month to get used to the pace of the game.

With regard to McInnes, I'd settle for us playing the same style of game against the Glasgow teams that we do against teams like Kilmarnock or Hamilton. That'd be a start. "Game management" really gets on my t1ts.

Maybe I expect too much, I'd just like to see us keep it on the deck more, play a bit quicker, show some skill instead of the lazy option. A bit more of that and if results still don't go our way you won't see me complain as much.

He made no attempt to win the ball so should have seen red.

Unfortunately for Rangers there aren't any more prominent lodge members in the SFA so its now a level playing field as regards referees. Its like a person in a job who has been getting away with doing little for years, then moaning when he has to do his actual job when a new boss comes in.
