I've got Virgin and Premier Sports.
Failing that its on Rangers tv but I'd still have to pay for it even though I'm a subscriber.

I knew Spurs would sell-out quite quick, the tickets only went on sale from yesterday morning.
Report Aspro July 21, 2022 5:50 PM BST
That's not good if you're a subscriber. I bought the Spurs package (£45 for the year) which enabled me to see all the friendlies, plus highlights, plus other matches like the U21 etc and perhaps a few more besides, including basic content. Wouldn't normally do that but with all the new purchases we've made, I really wanted a sneak preview. Hopefully you'll be kinder to us after doing a job on West Ham.

Aspro, as one of the good guys on here do you mind me asking if you are going to the match?

Both clubs have something in common.

Rangers hold the record for the biggest attendance for a league game. Rangers.....118,000, whereas Spurs hold the biggest  ever English attendance

and if I remember correctly it was 88 or 89 thousand. Both never to be beaten. Easily googled.
Report Aspro July 21, 2022 9:00 PM BST
I'd love to be there stewarty, but no, I won't be attending. Only been to Scotland once, helping a mate's parents move to Oban. Loved the scenery and noticeably cooler than down here. I think we shocked a few locals when we walked in a few pubs and ordered a pint; places fell silent to our accents Laugh

Interesting fact that. I knew Spurs held the record down here (courtesy of Wembley) but still dwarfed by 118k... that must have been awesome.

Rangers have tabled a £5.4m bid and offered Besiktas a 20% sell on of any future transfer in an attempt to land 21-year-old Turkey left-back Ridvan Yilmaz, according to various reports in his homeland, but the Istanbul club are looking for a fee of around £6m. (Daily Record)

A game we dominated from start to finish with 83% of the play.
But the first half is best forgotten. We huffed and puffed
without creating anything. But the second half was different class.

We thought we'd equalised with a Colak header but it was ruled
offside. Replays showed it was the wrong decision. We hit the post
and the crossbar and were unlucky with a few more shots before Arfield
equalised with a glancing header from a Kent cross. Within 2 minutes
Tavernier put us in front direct from a free kick.

A well deserved 3 points and a good start to the season.

Bear in mind that Morelos, Roofe and Hagi - 3 talented

Aka, While you consider the post to be the most stupid on here. There cant be any denying Rangers invested heavily to stop Celtic achieving 10 in a row (and rightly so), they succeeded and then before you know it, Stevie G has packed his bags and off, investment is superseded by selling ( some of the players sold are still developing and most probably will increase in value). Rangers accumulated 25 points more than Celtic in the 2020/21 season, however even with the advantage of the settled squad , turned this into a 4 point deficit by the end of the 2021/22 season. If you want to dress it up and claim the final appearance in a bang average European competition makes up for losing the league, you can, however that would top trump any stupid post. Rangers should have lapped Celtic last year, they regressed by 13 points in what was a less competitive league and as Badjoe rightly allude, this years signings are not hugely inspiring, while the selling of some exciting young talent does not bode well for Rangers and Scottish football in general.
Report akabula August 3, 2022 6:58 PM BST
Rangers invested heavily to stop Celtic achieving 10 in a row - We invested but it can hardly be descibed as heavily.

and claim the final appearance in a bang average European competition makes up for losing the league, - I didn't say it made up for losing the league but it was a fantastic achievement. In over 70 years of European football Scottish clubs have only made 10 finals and the run generarated approximately £40m in extra funds for the club.

selling ( some of the players sold are still developing and most probably will increase in value). whether we like it or not Scottish clubs are all selling clubs but lets look at the sales.

Nathan Patterson £12m + a poss £4m in add ons + a sell on clause - Vying for the right back position with the club captain who has some of the best stats in Europe. Wasn'y happy with the position and good business for the club.

Calvin Bassey £20m + a poss £3m in add ons + a sell on clause - Silly money for someone who only really settled into a game in the second half of the season and good business for the club.

Joe Aribo £8m + a poss £3m in add ons +  a sell on clause - In the last year of his contract and refused a new contract. WE also have a similar player in Glenn Kamara. All in all good business for te club.

Thats the nature of Scottish football, always has been and always will be.

As regards the players we bought only time will and again its all about levels.

In Europe, sevco's away form is really poor, with defeats to Union Saint-Gilloise, RB Leipzig, Sporting Braga, Red Star, Malmo and Sparta  Prague all coming in the last two years. PSV warmed up for the game with a BIG win against Go Ahead Eagles, thumping 5 past them,so you can expect them to turn up brimming with confidence. Mind you Go Ahead Eagles is a BIG scalp to take.
Lost a wee bit of form though since they last won a major trophy.
I think it was in 1933. Not sure if they'll have the same squad though.

The fact that apparently, according to that UEFA table, Dinamo Zargreb are more successful than both Chelsea and Liverpool ( who have both won the CL in the last 5 years ) and Ajax top the table, ahead of Real Madrid and Bayern, doesn't call into question the validity of it does it aka Confused You silly old tart Laugh

BIG game for little sevco tomorrow. PSV are demonstrably a far better team than Union Saint-Gilloise and the fact the first game is at home, gives the Dutch a BIG advantage for the second leg. In Europe, sevco's away form is really poor, with defeats to Union Saint-Gilloise, RB Leipzig, Sporting Braga, Red Star, Malmo and Sparta
