Glasgowcalling...whatever you do don't judge Dan Neil on his Ipswich stay...I watched the majority of Ipswich games last year due to financial reasons and i fully understand why they would be underwhelmed with him but that wasn't the real Dan Neil...he went there after no football for five months and for me he never fit right in, could never get any run of games to establish himself - he's way better than he showed there.
He's a good Championship player ..a good passer of the ball but after watching our midfield last season in the Premier League i can see why they never gave him a chance there - his athleticism wouldn't have been up to standard. Personally i'm a big Dan Neil fan...loved watching him play football but hasn't kicked on as much as what i expected. Wish him all the best and hope he does well for yous. |
