Not just the intent to injure, diving, but the hair, sleeve tattoo's, whole package. A b*ll of the highest order. There must be terrorists that are more likable, with more integrity too.

TBH the only thing more he could do to adhere himself to me, is if i was to wake up 2moro n to see a pic of him walking down the Scotty Road  with a copy of the Sun in his sky rocket...

evidently single handedly turned the game. he'll look back with regret though. and unlike maradona he knows history will judge him not as a genius and a cheat. just the latter.

Dont like him but he is a class player and probably madrids most important player, he took salah out, so what its part of the game, if ronaldo, messi or salah played 30 years ago they would have been kicked round the place, you have to do what you have to do to win and thats why i rate him so highly

As a Billy Bunter, as opposed to a Fan Boy, you want the "knuts" like Ramos, Vidal, Suarez, Ronaldo etc. to be playing for you as they will never give up and will use any underhand tactic to gain an advantage. Popularity contests are for fan boys, neutrals and people who watch games for entertainment.

Keane was a brilliant player , yes he went over the top sometimes but he took a few whacks to, United would not have won as much if he had not been the Captain and the leader

Pity you don't appear to understand the concept of decency? Buffon, there's a top class player and a class act. Ramos is a t*ss piece. How sad that people on here defend him, but I guess that's down to each individuals personal standards.

As for Ronaldo, there was the whole ''winker'' thing, but he seems to have cleaned up his act, maybe a maturity thing. I have no problem with Ronaldo, I think he's fairly likable. Another example of a top player that doesn't have to resort to being a helmet

when barca beat madrid 2-3 in last seasons clasico, marcelo knocked messi's teeth out with an elbow, casemiro seemed to kick messi more than the ball and ramos was eventually red carded for a 2 footed lunge on the argentinian with intent, liverpool were the better team with salah on the pitch and ramos knew it

JC, Buffon wasn't too classy when he got sent off against Real in the semi. manhandling the ref, in his face, death threats.

I have my own standards of decency, as a punter you would be naive not to factor in the gamesmanship which is a key factor for certain sides/players.

I struggle to see any difference between Ramos and John Terry (or Roy Keane, or Norman Hunter, etc.etc.etc.)

If they play for a team you like they are the salt of the earth, the heart and soul of the club, would put their body on the line for the team.

If they play for a team you don't like (or against a ream you do like) they are cheating thuggish scum.

Just a matter of your viewpoint.

Tommy Smith and Sounness both could handle themselves as well as Ramos.

Fouls in games are a necessary and welcome part of the game. Obviously serious intent to injure is a no no & needs to be strictly policed. All these soyboys whining about Ramos need a course of testosterone ffs... not a chance he meant to seriously injure Salah in that instance.

Of course he did.  He didn't give a monkeys how he landed knowing full well he had him in an arm lock.  You're at the wind up mate.  He had a shoulder dive at Karius too.  The man is a blind side coward.  Simple as.

Ramos should've been sent off for elbowing Karius in the face

There's no doubt at all Ramos is a snide t'at... i'm more than prepared to be wrong but i just don't believe he saw that as an opportunity to take Salah out of the game Honcho. Maybe he'll gloat about in the future n we'll know for sure.

If a player is better than you technically you have to find other way to stop them, if this means injuring the player then so be it, you are there to win not to take part and look good, Rqmos was MOM and has been reals best player in europe this year, look what happened v jventus when he was suspended

What im trying to say is ability wise zidane is superior, put them against one another keanes will to win and agression would even it up, ramos did what he had to do in that final to win, i dont see anything wrong with that
