Hi all,

Newbie to this forum. Just wondered what tips anyone has with regards something I struggle with time and time again.

I lay in-play against the market and usually this works very nicely for me, bringing me in a few hundred extra each month.
The problem is I get bored. This inevitably leads to me getting reckless and all too frequently results in me blowing my bank.

I guess what I’m saying is I sometimes find myself lacking the long-term discipline that I need.

Any help and advice to overcome this would be gratefully appreciated.

Cheers.

If only there WAS an answer to that one dregsy. There are times when we all could use a diversion, away from all those tempting market pages but the only chance most of us have, if any, is to make your betting " the diversion ", because if you like betting you'll go looking where you really ought not to and that's the sad truth of it imo.

I see you haven't had many replies.

Good luck with that.
