Strachan wants to stay in the job now is the time to make changes. Now Mak is off Tierney is doing nothing, no one to mark and he doesn't have the ability to attack from the right. Fletcher/Morrison/Bannan offer no attacking threat. Phillips hasn't done anything and Forrest has a one on one with the right back when you are supposedly v 10 men meant to stretch the pitch but decides to go wandering all over.

Get Fraser on for Forrest. He's an out and out winger who will run at the right back continually. Swap Bannan for McGregor. He's a proper attacking midfielder who scores goals. Possible even change the system to get 2 up front.

as it stands something like this - seeded teams  will be portugal/switzerland, italy, norn ireland and sweden who will play denmark, iceland, scotland and bosnia
