Why can't i cash out

if betfair are going to take accumulator bets and let you have the option of cashing out, then surely if you cant cash out they should return your stake. the iota vs Tokyo match in my accumulator has been stuck on awaiting official result since half time, which has meant I can't cash out my bet. This site is an absolute joke.
