I thought Germany were starting to get the measure of Chile in the 2nd half. Portugal are more likely to win the tournament than Chile, imho.
Been watching Germany match from start, had to switch over to Chile game, Germany playing at quarter pace with cigars out, could be costly playing that sort of attitude
Maybe, but they are a young team, and they tend to get better as the match goes on.

It's a bit lacklustre, Germans seem to be happy enough at 0-0. It's worth winning the group, though, to avoid Portugal.

thats the problem with VAR, werner onside but flagged off - play stops, then he'll score one goes back to VAR and gets it chalked off, there's little or no evening up on offside decisions and fewer goals as a result
why introduce something that cant be used at all levels of sports...grassroots etc
think it could work for some things like penalties where ref thinks might be a pen but was unsighted or need a second opinion, but offside VAR is unfair on strikers (and goal backers

hard to know exactly who is the best in the world because if you're playing for a big club you'll be fed far more chances to score etc
