Astra v Genk - Europa League

Astra were champions of Romania last season but started this season off poorly after losing players. However, they have picked up recently despite financial problems at the club. I understand the players haven't been paid for a few weeks but their salaries are guaranteed if they win tonight. Well that's what I've been told anyway by a Romanian. So the 3.3 available on them could be big and they are more than capable at their best. Didn't they beat West Ham a few times - can't remember?
