At 80' though with 4 goals down the red won't be small. Depending on league that price could be anywhere from 1.3 - 1.8 to red out. But we'll record the red out price at the point 4 goals have hit (seems the most honest way).

As it isnt possible to back them all (unless taking silly low SB odds) i have highlighted the games for the thread which I will be using for the rollover.
I should add though that ALL games fall into the category of being under 4.5gls

so as you say all games fall into the category of under 4.5 goals and the only reason you have not backed them is blind luck dodging bullets that would have wiped your bank out. If the games were  picked out by the machine as value, perhaps a mechanic needs to fine tune the machine for future matches? I have an old car which needs a service and can recommend a decent mechanic if necessary.

Well. I suppose it is better to quit whilst you are somewhat ahead..... ;-).

I would have been interested to see if long term this system had any kind of positive expectation, my feeling however was always (as wolf3011 put it) that it was nothing better than a 'dodging bullets' system or 'chimp with dart', seeing as there was no real explanation provided as to how the selections were being made, (the criteria I came up with was essentially, check the last 5 head-to-heads, and if none had over 4 goals, then bet it), that kind of simplistic system in all of the leagues the 'MACHINE' was betting in is destined for the poor house.

If you don't have either some very hard-earned specialist knowledge (e.g. where you identify a 12/1 horse that should be 6/1) or a verifiable mathematically quantifiable 'edge' then you are going to be a net loser here, pure and simple, the market makers models (although they have their imperfections and blind spots) are amazingly accurate, and those models grind out edges of single digit percentages, (my guess is that they also have preferential commission arrangements at Betfair).

Finally, if you did have a system that generated lots of selections with a single digit %-age advantage over the market (after commission) there is simply no way you would sell it as a system, or post up its inner-workings / selections here, a reasonable starting bank could be parlayed into a small fortune through turnover alone.

Please re-consider GTFI, if only to prove one of us wrong ;-).

I understand what you are saying,  yes it has more than if gone over 4.5 gls,  as some of them had done previously if you check the selections
The inner workings i wasnt prepared to disclose for obvious reasons...
If you also look,  last night,  i typed "too late"  last bet,,,, BEFORE the game,  as i fully expected it to go over 4.5gls....   so clearly it has more than a Dart at the dartboard edge to it....

I'm happy to track your selections GTFI (and prices after commission). Obviously backing such prices means you are going to need an incredibly high winning percentage (which I'm sure you already knew ;-)).

I understand completely why you wouldn't want to disclose the inner workings of your system, my scepticism was borne out of the fact I just couldn't believe there would be that many imperfections in the market making models in so many different leagues in just one market, even if there were, market makers models are constantly adjusting to iron out those spots so its likely the edge doesn't persist for very long.

I don't know how long you are prepared to post up selections but I would suggest at 3 selections per day we are going to need 6-12 months at the minimum to assess the long term expectation of this system.
