They probably breached the Data Protection Act if they told you somebody at the same address had an account with them..... It would probably be obvious who that is, and they may well be very disappointed that BtFd are telling you that they gamble online. Maybe they should complain to the Information Commissioner about this company giving out extremely personal information at the drop of a hat...... Lovin this. went from a miseable coont moaning about a tenner to a high court case for divulging data about .... emm .... nobody in particular. Call for Beltrami  TBF Kevin prob at the wind-up. |

Home now. I had a quick rummage through my young lady's last few bets.
Bet 1-Betfred-£10 Evens- Gent to bt Sporting Braga-lost. Bet 2- Betfair-£10 lay of Gent v Sporting Braga-won. Bet 3- Betfred-£30 at 11/5 Hull v West Brom draw-won. Bet 4- StJames-£10 11/10 Brentford to beat Burton-won. Bet 5-Betfair-£10 lay of Brentford v Burton-lost. Bet 6-StJames-£20 at 11/2 Liverpool West Ham draw-won. She does ok as a gambler I guess. |

It had effectively disappeared! Of course, their response was to recommend that I "refresh my browser or clear my cookies" as the fault "must have been with my computer" rather than their pathetic Website. Needless to say, I haven't used them since.
