Whoever won on bets placed before the kick-off were very lucky. The standard of referees in the Championship is poor, the ref., tonight had a shocker. Of course throughout the season Newcastle will get there fair share of luck via the referee.
I would imagine Lansbury will get a 'good' reception at St., James on the 30th of this month. |

Had a tenner on Notts forest just because the toon had played e/t mid week and the price for a home win seemed too good. 13/2 for Forest to win with both teams to score,I feel a very lucky winner as two red cards seemed harsh, been an unlucky lose plenty of times so due some luck but I would feel hard done by if I were a toon fan.

Decent price treetop, as you say Newcastle had a tough week and Forest doing ok recently.

how can that 2nd red card be a red card by the new laws ? I don't think it is even a pen - it was classic Suarez - chase the ball, stop dead, feel a nudge in your back and go to ground When a penalty is given it should only be a red card if the foul is intentional Ive also seen a replay of the Newcastle disallowed goal 10 times - I cant see anything wrong with it. Would the ref have given a pen if the supposed infringement was the other way round (actually probably yes if it was in Forest's favour) Worst refereeing performance since the Clattenburg Derby 9 years ago http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/2323916/Mark-Clattenburg-pays-for-Mersey-mayhem.html |

Both reds been rescinded. I am a bit surprised at Shelveys as he did retaliate. Personally would give Lansbury a lengthy ban, that's what rule need to be brought in to stop all the cheating. |

Regrettably, the Clark goal AND Clark pelanty stone-Waller will not be awarded.
Scabs due on Tyneside on 30/12. What could possibly go wrong? ![]() |
