I think they should cancel all the exchange bets on this game and credit the money back to the punters accounts - no wins, no losses.
This game was listed as in play and people put exchange bets knowing they could trade out in play. Then they suspend the markets a few seconds before kickoff and people can't trade out. Live video of the game is streamed on Betfair with English commentary so the issue is not loss of feed (as CS tried to tell me at first). So it's either negligence or a technical glitch. I don't see why punters should pay for Betfair's incompetence.
