the goal doesn't mean too much though, Bosnia still had to come here to score

Not before time either lads,they had a job to do tonight and they did it.We came from a impossible position, heart warming when you think how we were ROBBED in France.
what was really heart warming was the fact that they played the ball on the ground and passed to each other. Can't be sure but think I even saw Whelan trap a ball and actually passed it to another Irish player when usually he would boot it away. Brady has to go to midfield as he makes them tick, got the X factor.

Don't think there is any argument that Scotland are a better team, but parking the bus is a valid tactic and was enough for Ireland to qualify

Ireland took 4 points off Germany. By your logic Ireland are better than Germany.
Luck does play a major part in 90 minutes but I don't recall Scotland being unlucky apart from getting a tough group. They deserved to lose in Georgia. The unluckiest team by far were The Netherlands.
