Juve are over priced imo.
City's still got Q to answer in the Big League imo. Thought they were lucky to get the win over Palace at the wkend. Score draw for me 2nite. |

Juventus a perennial slow starters in the ChLge
They lost both opening away games last year - didn't lose a single away game after Christmas apart from the Final, despite much harder opposition Juve have been poor and disorganised this season (one win) and an excellent Chievo should have beaten them at home on Sat but for the poor ref disallowing a great header, when the Juve player fell over wrestling the advancing 'scorer' Man City could coast this tonight |

Perennial slow starters just because they started badly last season? Aguero will be a big miss.

Juventus 1 win, both home and away, in Sept and Oct, this decade (Malmo at home) |

Who will take pens and free kicks for juve nowadays
By:
slow starters and they love a draw

This game is going to be very easy for Man City. The fact the Aguero isn't playing will give Juventus misguided confidence. Yaya Toure & Sterling to Score.

Citi are overated juve are gash nowadays unders and draw

I think it's all going to come down to how much Manchester City want it and how much they're prepared to risk. They only just about qualified for the round of 16 last season last season in a group that wasn't very strong, and the season before (?) when they were in the group with Ajax they never really looked like they had had much confidence, either. If they show more ambition tonight, I think they'll win. Juventus looked devoid of ideas in attack against Udinese and Chievo and defensively they were all over the place at times, looking very disorganized. Pirlo, Tévez, Vidal and Llorente are all gone and Juve look nothing like the team they were last season. With their home record, Manchester City should do enough to at least score and if they score the opening goal, they really should score again -- but only if they show some b*lls.

If Juve are slow starters in the CL what does that make City
Still waiting for them to get started after 4 years imoWhen do they ever beat a top side without Aguero ? Him and Hart are usually the only people preventing humiliation. |
By:
all the above is the reason why City will win tonight
By:
City have the better team with Aguero fit but the two best goalscorers on the pitch tonight, Dybala and Morata both play for Juve
By:
think city will win 1 or 2-0

homw win for me

By:

By:
fouling chokers.
By:
Boom, now city can let in a late winner in their full european choker style
By:
Terminal Champions League losers.
By:
Im so surprised, you surprised ?
the biggest chokers in european football. |
By:
How much have they spent and a its injured aguero to the rescue... Taxi for pellegrini
By:
They would need to have some kind of European pedigree to be considered chokers, they never beat anyone, they are just consistently bad
By:
If they go out early of the champs league again that might depress them for the league, in which case Pelligrini will be in trouble
Surely off at the end of the season anyway when Pep comes knocking |
By:
Manc City's price was one of the worst I've ever seen pre kick-off
By:
you cant have players like fernandinho, Mangala, Bony,Nasri and Kolarov () and expect to be decent in europe.
By:
Yeah Chelsea v City for pep
By:
epl best league in the world? both english sides lost tonight while the 3 spanish teams won 2-0 3-0 and 4-0.
it's a continuation of the form from the last 3/4 seasons. |

By:
epl is behind spain germany italy and psg.
in the last transfer window epl sides spent over double spent in la liga. |
By:
Pep can take his pick from Chelsea, City probably United too. Might even consider Bayern too

another poor season for english clubs and the 4th CL place is gone. italy right behind them in the table
By:
cant wait till the epl loses its 4th qualifying spot.
By:
Yep that is coming.
Would help if Liverpool or Spurs did something in the Europa but they will likely play reserves in that to concentrate on 4th place. When they finally get 4th they will find it is only worth a Europa League place. |
By:
spain have 5 teams in this season. real barca atletico sevilla valencia.
By:
I can't remember the last time an English team lost to a dutch team.
By:
city's continued poor performances beggar belief really. can't think of them looking remotely convincing in any game against proper european giants in well over double figure attempts now
By:
city lost to a poor ajax side 2 or 3 years ago
By:
man utd will go out. psv and wolfsburg will qualify.
