Somehow I've had 4 legs of a 5 fold result&btts come in, the fifth leg is on Cardiff @ home to Huddersfield next Saturday. Luckily I covered the 4folds too so I'm already sitting on £1375 ....if Cardiff do it next week I'm on almost 12k So my question is now what the eff do I do... Let it ride? The cash out option is £1100 or try to cover other remaining options??
This is precisely why you should only do super long-shot bets on simultaneous matches. Realistically there's no good option. You have to cash out but you're essentially laying 'Cardiff to win and BTTS' at fantastic odds of about 11/1 (the bookies are bloody sneaky when it comes to cash out options).

Rasiak - placing theses bets fri nite I honestly didn't realise there were no championship this weekend!! thanks for the replies, to be honest cos I did the four folds and I'm already sat on a good return I think I'm leaning to letting it ride.... I can swallow losing 1100 on cash out more than knowing I could've had 12k this time next week.

If it was me, I'd let it ride. I had something similar in the past, cashed out with 1 leg to go and it went and won. Missed out on just over 10k. Sickening, more so than if I had lost my cash out sum.
