The biggest certainty since the sun rising this morning. How is this not 1.01?

yes, but United needed to win at home so they played their fast, attacking game utilising the pace in the team. I don't know about you but I went "wow" that night. In Brugge they don't need to score so can sit back, pass the ball around a lot and not worry about whether Rooney is needed or not.

Bruges are about the same level as West Brom. How shocking would it be if United lost 2-0 at WBA Plain

They should do it comfortably but I always think United's defence is one blunder from a total meltdown. The goalie looks OK for Argentina but you have to wonder why he couldn't get a game for a mid table side last season.

West Brom have a home fixture every season against the likes of United, Chelsea, City, Arsenal so it wouldn't be as big a shock for them to occasionally have a home win against one of them (3-0 Chelsea last season for example) as it would Brugges beating Man U 2-0 who don't regularly play against such teams.

As poor as United have been recently, do we really see Club Brugge score three goals? We must assume that they'll create a bit more than they did at Old Trafford (where they were gifted a goal and then went virtually AWOL), but if they score I can't see past Manchester United netting one as well. Especially if it remains 0 - 0 for a long time and Club Brugge become desperate, I wouldn't want to oppose Depay and/or Rooney with acres of space to play in.

Brugges don't even have their first team available. Felipe Gedoz, Lior Refaelov, Thomas Meunier, Bernie Ibini-Isei, Bjorn Engels and Nicolas Castillo are unfit and Mechele is suspended from the first leg.

Brugges play as open a game of football as united have played against in years, even at OT they weren't bothered with defending, now they must score at least twice so they are going to be even more cavalier....united should have had a hatful at home and will likely get as many chances tonight.....united are pretty clueless it's true against tight defences but are quite capable when given all the space in the world....I'd be confident of a united win with lots of goals in the match...1.9 is more than fair on the evidence from last week, particularly with what it showed regarding Brugges's style of play.

Bruges 1-0 on 30 mins I'd say

1.18 United 6.5 Bruges

Variable on who is creating most chances

Thinking more on it I'd say 5.5 , 1.22 nearer for 30 m 1-0 qualify odds
