I think she could safely walk now, and then sue. Criticised wrongly and very publicly by her line manager which in itself would be unacceptable in the vast majority of workplaces, she is then disciplined for something that I can't believe went against either club policy or her contract.

It's wretched timing though Marcee assuming that's the case and it also doesn't excuse that response from Mourinho on Saturday. Not sure I've seen anything more pathetic on a football pitch tbh (betting without Lehman/Drogba)

I don't know the specific incidences themover though I'd have an educated guess that Costa's hamstring issues have had a bit to do with it. From what I've heard this has ended up being the final straw rather than it being the isolated case leading to what's happened since. It seems there's been a few differences of opinion along the way. Not altogether surprising because Jose got rid of the then physio first time around, something that was mainly due to Robben's constant injuries I believe.
I agree Regular Fries. He was out of order imo. Even if there have been problems this wasn't the incident to escalate them as far as I'm concerned. |

Jose spot on as usual. Bird in a man's sport. She should have known the implications and any idiot could tell that it wasn't a serious injury. Hazard should take some responsibilty as well the soft lad.

If Hazard stopped diving around when feather tickled he may not be on the floor later in the game tired!!! Or was it a misplaced tactic to waste time and let the players get a breather\organised when a man down?

I thought I read that Eva was still club doctor,but not on the bench for matches anymore,so not dismissed.
Meanwhile who kept JT and Eden in one piece for ALL 38 league matches,which must be some sort of record.Oh,and numerous Cup games too.Somebody,somewhere is good at their job! |

Rancid club no wonder it has rubbed off on Mourinho. Instead of dealing with a player cheating by feigning injury to waste-time, Mourinho blames the club doctor for following a referee directive to attend to player on pitch.
Same double standard applied to John Terry, the Chelsea captain banned and fined by the Football Association in 2012 for using racist language towards former Queens Park Rangers defender Anton Ferdinand got a pay rise from the club whereas the four club supporters involved in the racist incident on the Paris metro in 2014 get banned by the club for eighteen year. I hope she takes them for constructive dismissal and forces Chelsea/Mourinho into tribunal. |

agree rancid club,how on earth they give Terry a pay rise when he is found not guilty in court is beyond belief.

In the close season I thought Jose was going soft. Cech to a rival, bringing in Falcoa. It was like seeing a fox grin unnatural acts.
In the same way that richer and more powerful individuals have imposed their authority over Mourinho he has done the same to someone within his control. It is the circle of life(power). Anyway in the Chelsea dressing room there are lots of strong individuals(ie Costa). If they think Mour is going soft this sends out a message. For right or wrong Jose is still Jose. Any clown that wants to have a go at the superb footballer,Eden Hazard,should have a good think before posting their unbelievable load of tosh.The guy played in ALL 38 league games,numerous cup games,and Champions league.According to stats. he was the most fouled player in the Prem.,picking himself up,dusting himself off,after receiving many many horrendous tackles.

Why should anyone be entitled to know about a Dr's private life.The press loves to dig up so called dirt in order to sell papers,so why should forumites go down that slimey road?
Everybody is entitled to a private life,as long as criminal activity isn't involved,then it can be put out to the public,but until then we should accept a person's privacy,and get on with our own lives,instead of turning people into the world of soap characters. |
