How the heads of this organisation can continue to throw out the same statement about how ye are improving things is disgraceful.

The website is bad, but the promotion of the sportsbook over the exchange means that not only is liquidity suffering but there are also markets without any offers whatsoever!

Yes they have ruined it and plus there are bots everywhere. They aren't stupid otherwise the share price wouldn't be at a high so I can only suggest it's been done to transfer as much of the exchange business to the sportsbook as they can.

Trouble is that no-one can get on the Sportsbook..
I used to bet thousands (and lose) on the exchange but have given up... Might even get a job after 12 years just for something to do.. If anyone sees any vacancies for Brain Surgeons pm me. |

I must have lost tens of thousands of pounds on the exchange and yet won hundreds of thousands with the alleged "Bookmakers"..... And yet after a few bets on the betfair "Sportsbook" I am limited to a max of £2.50 per bet aka nobet£3.65.... The alleged "Bookmakers" exchange information and when it does come into the general domain the compensation claims will outdo what has happened with the Banks mis-selling.. I have saved every email and believe me it is a mighty tome.. The Data Protection Act will take a bashing.. |

the whole site is now a pile of sh!te and they are also taking the p!ss - On my way to the match I wanted a 1st g/s bet and for some reason my phone defaults to the sportsbook so because I was running out of time and its difficult to always get a signal I tried to have £10 @ 12/1 and was told max bet 4.25. I managed to get on to the exchange and there was plenty available at 17's - why the fcuk would they limit me then on the sportsbook ?
The new site is definitely reducing my time on betfair - its almost now a last resort as opposed to always being the 1st port of call |

yes since the new site ive gone to another country and go thur there site which still uses betfair cost me 120 pound for life and much faster

Has been happening for a while to me, I had virgin out to check no fault found their even giving me a free upgrade to 152 mb  I'm also finding the forum is lagging lately |

apparently old site will be switched off completely in Australia too within the next few months,
Damn the liquidity will drop off a cliff. Worst website of any bookmaker or exchange I have ever used plus the site goes down more often than any other! What a sh1t company! |
