With the Dons at home - with a mental crowd - in the return leg, it promises to be a great game.  Don't know if it's on TV but Radio Scotland will be there on 810mw.

Dons scored a vital away goal in their 2-1 defeat in the first leg and 2.14 home win looks most excellent to me.

Good luck Aberdeen supporters - I hope you win tonight. Happy

Overs could be the best option, JD.  Was listening to the Almaty coach on the radio just there and they'll be going tora, tora, tora.

Cheers trilby.

They were time wasting at every opportunity, but the problem was all our own doing. Pointless possession, a build up that takes an eternity and a lazy donkey up front, and you're just asking for trouble I'm afraid. It's all far too negative for me and the person to blame is our over cautious manager. A superb crowd turned up tonight, yet they go home disappointed, AGAIN.

I get the feeling these disappointments don't hurt McInnes as much as they should, he takes the great support for granted. He's all positive talk before a game, but the actual game is very different to what he has said beforehand. Some of our fans are easily pleased and think McInnes shouldn't be criticised. Bollocks to that, it's slow, boring and completely negative, and why is that useless lazy nogoodwillie still starting games. He's about as useful as an mfi diy handbook.

Three Scottish Teams all eliminated by gash before the end of the 1st week in August and Septic scrape through against the 5p bag XI.

There can be no excuses or complaints and the same applies to West 'Cut Price Ham' United.

Celtic 1/100 to win the league and even that club is in a process of relentless decline with not a player in the current squad worthy of the jersey.

Only the return of Glasgow Rangers under the Mark Warburton revolution can save this gash league now.

I do kinda agree with Mr Roller - if ever there was a game that screamed two up front, that was it. Not conceding is one thing, but a first half goal would have set us up nicely.

Badcock has had a decent start to the season, but he's not a lone striker. Those two huge CBs kept him quiet all game and it was only when Ash Taylor went up front and mixed it up a bit they looked like they were worried. And we were a fingertip away in injury time as well, that was some save.

Still, considering where we were three years ago, it'll be a while yet before the 'Sack McInnes' banners are painted.

Unlike the Scottish clubs I suspect West Ham are quite happy to be out, will
be interesting to see how Euro football affects Southamptom in the league.
