This is the perfect way to lose the small fish they advertised so hard to get, peak hour on a weekend. How can a site crash so often in such an advanced technological age

We’re really sorry, but we’re still having problems with our site. We’re on red alert and working as quick as we can. Apologies again.

Red Alert in the Betfair Office means that the Betfair tech crackheads are knocking off at 4pm to watch the Man Utd match

'red alert ' represents an effort to speak like ordinary people, so we don't hate them so much . Y'day the notification referred to 'our tch ninjas are working on the problem' .  Awww bless - they really do hurt when we turn up the anger to twelve 1

These crashes are too often to be coincidence, someone at Betfair can't do maths

Poor show that the Twitter Customer Helpdesk simply block people for complaining.

Betfair customer service is the worst in the world that I have encountered.

unsettled bets are not a worry at all. they always catch up in the end.   only wish I had some unsettled win bets out there
