The sad thing is the following:
1. It has happened every year for a number of years now on Grand national day and other large events. 2. Betfair Customer Service give the annual apology plus a pledge to get things right. 3. The customers know it is going to happen but Betfair either don't or don't care. 4. The same thing will happen this time next year. |

We're really sorry, we know there are a few things going on with our website at the moment. Due to some work on our network, we're having intermittent issues which seem to be impacting how long it takes for our web pages to load.

There is obviously something more to it and they are not saying. They don't want to start a mass frenzy or worse still a mass-debate
 on the issue.But seriously, you can understand the site freezing due to the amounts of traffic it received on Grand National day but still site issues today? A bug or hacker has wormed its way into the system, me thinks. |

well I've finally managed to log in at betfair.com/exchange, but all footie and racing just has the spinning circles and the 'loading' sign.
