People were logged out at least 4 times and the site was unavailable to use at least 5 times today. |

exactly @westender i wasnt able to cashout of my lay bet so doesnt matter if i placed the bet the feature theyve made avaliable was unavaliable to me as a customer, so here or there is a load of crap

It was exactly the same for the past 5 years on Grand National day and they fail to deal with the issue.
The Betfair Sportsbook website was always available today and the priorities are all wrong. This give a clear message that they don't care about the Exchange or customers. |

Every time I checked the Sportsbook when the Exchange went down and it was working fine every time.

no the sportbook was definitely screwed to, all over the place, barely use it but the the few times I have in the last 6 months it goes into meltdown mode.
