themightymac, I simply can't agree with ur final statement. This is a huge match for Cape Verde islands as it used to be a portuguese colony. That means a lot people in Portugal with roots in Cape Verdi will support them. They are 38th in the world, didn't lose a match in the Africa Cup of Nations.

The reason I ever bet on these 'pointless' fixtures is, I imagine that it is as hard to play football without trying to win, as it is to go 'jogging' when you are a runner. My mistake.
