No morals in football, you can host the world cup if you offer enough money, and if a normal joe public gets convicted of rape then he would be sacked and wouldn't be able to get another job but football welcomes back convicted rapists, racists and murderess with open arms

Have lost by one goal despite being down to 10 men. Pellegrini's complete absence of tactical nous cost them the tie. To be fair they would probably have lost over two legs but setting up with 2 in midfield against these is so incompetent it deserves him being releived of his duties instantly.

Is has always been the weakest part of Messi's game, he seems to struggle with penalties, but it was a good save, he occasionally misses the target altogether. However apart from around 10-15 minutes at the start of the 2nd half, it was a fairly one side game

Penalty or no penalty, the only chance City have got is if Barca have to field a D team.
Report themover February 24, 2015 9:51 PM GMT
Don't think Barca played particularly well...feel Pellegrini got the formation and tactics wrong from the start and City never recovered from it.

is that right about messi missed 13 out of 59 penalties for barcelona. that's an awful record.

the one yesterday had no pace or direction and was perfect height for a keeper. if dzeko had taken it he would have been slaughtered.
Report Blackrock February 25, 2015 11:47 AM GMT
David Silva apart, the City midfield was made up of workhorses. So why didnt they close Barca down, work very hard to limit the space Barca had.

Instead they think its ok to sit deep and waited to get picked apart, and Barca obliged. You have to pressure the ball when you play against them. Not exactly rocket science is it.
