Good Scots manager doing well at Norwich and Celtic employ a foreign pudding with zero tactical knowledge.

Taking off Steven, the best player on the park, was the end of the tie in my opinion.

Though Celtic would have had a go but the white flag was raised in the first half.

Look on the bright side - the club can concentrate on winning the dog and duck league now  LaughLaugh

If u look at Liverpool & Spurs going out tonite then it was NO surprise we got knocked out.  Saying that we played well enough with 10 men for 55 mins. The team are improving under Deila

As u say Westender he is a good player.  It was a surprise seeing him coming off.  His pace would have helped more than what Guidetti was offering. When down to 10 men you need a get out ball and Mackay-Steven woould have been better than the Swede

Not seen much of him but he looked good on the TV playing for Dundee United and certainly looked better than any other player on the pitch tonight.

If he continues to play well for Celtic, he will be in the Premiership after 1-2 years.

pug - It's hard to say.  He's been out injured for a couple of weeks.  The plan was to keep it tight for this first 60 mins and then have a go at them.  This all changed with the sending off after 36 mins

Celtic were having a good go before the sending off.

NGU continues the use the term HUN yet asks why he's a bigot.
If we were to use the term Fen14n I'm sure the report buttons would be getting pelters.

we shouldn't celebrate celtic getting knocked out of europe (again) as it was probably the ref's fault (again).

Have to say I'm very happy with Celtic's performance over the 2 legs. I've seen more expensive Celtic squads beaten by poorer sides than Inter.
By:

The icing on the cake would have been Inter winning with a blatantly offside goal.
Still. we can't have everything. Laugh

what if inter fielded an ineligible player and they had to get pumpted oot europe again

that would be.....

It would have been lovely if still 0-0, in the last second of injury time and Celtic scored with fans, players and officials celebrating their success only to see a man on the line with a Union Jack flag waving for offside.

New footage has emerged of bias in the newsrooms when the celtic score was announced.
