big difference from playing in Norway than Spain, even if it's for Castilla. Lot's of supposed world beaters at a young age haven't turned out to be the real deal...not sure paying a young lad of 16 £80k will help development either!

What is 4m a year to a club like Madrid? If they sell him at any point during his contract they'll easily recoup their outlay and if he goes on to become a star then they've got a bargain.

4 million year is a staggering amount for a 16 year old. If the money derails him he probably doesn't have the mentality to make it at the highest level. I very much doubt he is getting the cash up front probably the majority is going in to a trust.
From Real's point of view its chicken feed if he turns out to be as good as they say he would cost a figure in excess of 100 million to buy. |

So if he fails to make the first team in four years they can then sell him on for 16 million plus all the social cost and taxes which would make it over £20 million... Not sure that some "pundits" are fit to post... |
