Awful game. Villa need a new manager, they are crap but their tactics are so negative its unbelievable.
By:
one of those bets, as soon as you place it you doubt it but don't trade out

Lambert is toast
By:
I can't get my head around the Sanchez for Bent substitution when you are one nil up?
By:
Lambert just looks like a boring manager with no invention or ideas !!
By:
How the feck is sanchez still playing for a premiership team
By:
Bent* not sanchez

Couldn't even get the negative tactics right, that sub moved Agbonlahor out wide where he was responsible for the equalizer.
Villa have mustered one goal in their last 18 second halves of league football. That is beyond comprehension. |

one of those bets, as soon as you place it you doubt it but don't trade out I suspect many who backed at 6/1 in running traded out when Villa went odds on. |

Bergkamp
To be fair to Lambert he hardly gets a massive pool of money to bring in quality. Does reasonably well with what he has to juggle with. Okore was a big plus from tonights game. Very good performance for someone returning from 14 months out injured. And finished as strong as he started which was a credit to his fitness regime. |

Thought Weimann played well at right back
By:
villa fans say that he shouldn't be playing weimann or gaby on the wing, they are central players, nor should he put bent up front on his own

Watching the American Football tonight Bergy?
By:
Limited Ability,
Yeah Totally agree that he is working with not a lot of money just feel he is a Premiership manager Okore was Excellent tonight indeed giving his first game in 14 months think Villa deserved the win myself, Southampton did not have a lot of chances tbh and weren't at the races ...Villa just invited to much pressure in the end ! |
By:
he is not a premiership manager*
