It doesn't matter.

Scotland generally votes Labour in Westminster elections. Doesn't always make a difference - it's what the English voters do that decides who runs the country.

Scotland has as much say as any region in England in the general election.

If the argument is that all areas should have the ability to influence the vote on their own then you get the same problems with a Scottish Parliament where the south of Scotland would generally decide the vote.
