yes mate, to date if it has had a rating of 3.5 or above, it has had the required 2 goals.... it wont last forever of course.

The main question is...as OP says, "is it possible to make a living from it?"

Very early days but if on 1.5 goals and intend to make £10 from each bet to date it would actually be £240 profit in just over a week (Avai loss was not 3.5 rating but also Mjondalen would not have been placed to win £10)
I await the results when Europe leagues are added to see if it is really possible to make a living from the 1.5 goals market when aiming for £10 per win.
Obviously with some games having very low odds a decent bank would be needed to cover losses - Also do you set a limit of not backing any game unless the odds hit 1.2+
