As someone with Crohns Disease (which is very similar to the Colitis that Fletcher has), I can honestly say I'm surprised he has even made it back to playing professional football at all and I commend him for getting back into the team.
But he and the club need to be realistic; he is not and is unlikely to ever be back to the level he was at pre-illness. |
