It is my understanding that Cellino was allowed to takeover Leeds because the Italian judge had not put down in writing the reasons why he was an alleged criminal/tax evader etc. When the written verdict is finally produced will Cellino be barred from controlling Leeds or has it already been produced and the league has decided to take no further action?

the judge said he couldn't be barred from owning leeds as the Italian judge( who at time had written his report) had not said weather the act was dishonest but if the verdict does say it was dishonest (cellino appealed ) then the football league can bar him but not at this time
so has the report now been published and what Cellino did wasn't dishonest?
no I heard it comes out in October but don't quote me
