Holland are playing like Belgium did earlier, trying to walk the ball into the net. No urgency, pedestrian, strolling around.
Holland will probably win but they need to inject some pace when they have the ball. They also need to invite Costa Rica to attack so they can hit them on the counter. |

I did not put a penny on overs, I've watched Costa Rica play twice this tournament. They have no interest sending players forward, coach is a lover of the Italian style. ie he likes boring no tempo 0-0 games.

dunno why you directing that at me Charlton, i said before the game to lay Holland, they were too short imo and so its proved. I have given back some of the lay but still mostly on draw-costa rica.
I am saying I dont think it will finish 0-0 as Costa Rica are not able to hang onto the ball and gonna get tired, think holland will score eventually probably around 70mins and could win by a couple as cr will have to push forward and leave gaps at back for dutch to score another. not beyond the bounds of possibility that it finishes 0-0 but i'd wouldnt leave it too long to start greening up if i was you. anyway you've put yourself in a good position with your prematch selection and thats all you can do |
