loads of tackles have gone in like that, other players shouldve been booked before cahill.

Are players so thick, they don't consider the consequences of yellow cards & suspensions?
Cahill probably cost his country any hope of progressing.

Credit to Australia who are putting in a good shift but got to be said Netherlands have been completely abysmal.

The yellow card rule is a stupid rule, ruins tournaments, being one booking away from being sent off is punishment enough if it happens, to miss the next match after picking up two yellows from two previous matches is nothing short of retarded

Why Holland were so short I will never know... Australia's record against Holland is actually quite good.

I think Holland got their tactics wrong here, like I said earlier in the thread. playing eight defenders against Spain was fine, it worked, but the same tactic here was strange, imo. Depay on, bit more attacking

the dutch were giving acres of space by spain who tbh played insanely suicidal football the other day

imagine giving the quickest attacking player in the world all that space to run into? it's crazy...

holland wont get that kind of gift ever again

It's got nothing to do with the Dutch being bad. It's about them not getting such an easy time of it. Australia are playing a much much smarter game than the Spanish did.
