No chance of Chile being booked for timewasting here either. I know they're playing the supposed whipping boys of the tournament, but I've never seen such an expansive outlook by a team winning 2-1.

Well Chile and Spain can draw, and then if Chile lose to the Dutch, it'll probably come down to goal difference.  Obviously, though, Spain really do need to beat Chile to give themselves a strong chance..

Chile have been bloody awful since their 2nd goal. Can barely string 2 passes together.

I've managed to arb across match odds and HT/FT markets before during a second half because the latter price has been wrong. I presume the same is possible here.

Bobbin you realise the Dutch will probably play their reserves against Chile? They defo will if Chile/Spain is a draw.

Seen nothing here to suggest Spain won't beat both these two sides. Let's not forget they started the last World Cup with a defeat to Switzerland

NO just read it wrong, thought it meant Chile to win and over 2.5 goals, but it means chile to score under or over 2.5 themselves. Caught me out am afraid to say...a bit confusing but my own fault really

I hope Chile get out of the group. Fantastic attacking team to watch.

Yeah MC, but you seem to think the Dutch reserves will likely get turned over by this brainless mob. I don't.

So how the hell was that clear foul not given, yet spain get a penalty for a non foul earlier?

Are these referees pissed?

Just you wait, Ronaldo will be throwing himself to the floor and getting fouls for them as the day is long.

Did anyone see Chile when they played Germany? Fair enough they lost 1-0 but they absolutely battered them. On their day they are a match for anyone.

They do look a bit nervous though.

I thought you meant the Match Odds+Overs/Unders market.

Would I expect Chile's first team needing a win to qualify to beat Holland's reserves with nothing to play for? Is that what you're asking? In that case, the answer is yes. I would think Chile would be 1.6-1.8 and would win.

Biscuits and LB, Chile have played way, way, way below their capability tonight. Even if they hang onto this 2-1 it will feel like a loss to them. They've been embarrassing.

MC, if Chile win here and draw with Spain, they can top the group by beating the Netherlands. You think the Dutch want to play Brazil in the next round????

You keep saying this but why will they play reserves? Yes they might make a couple of changes but van Gaal would get slaughtered if he played reserves, Chile beat them and they end up 2nd and have to play Brazil

May happen MC. May not. That would be a dangerous game to play for the Dutch.  Would you trust the Chileans?

Dutch will definitely be going to win group as Biscuit says to avoid the likely scenario of playing Brazil in second round
