Probably correct. After all Chelsea don't have any strikers, do they? More interesting is that you can a better price on Atletico on the Sportsbook on here (1.9) than on the exchange (1.88 pre commission).

BTTS is also big,(2.38) reflecting the expected
dearth of goals. |

Some stats that I posted in the PSG Chelsea thread before their first leg which I think are relevant tonight when it comes to goals betting: -
Mourinhos sides in the CL have played 24 away leg knockout ties and scored in 20 of them. (now 25 and 21) One of the non-scoring games was the Inter game in Barca where they were just aiming not to concede two. Never not scored in an away first leg knockout game in the CL (still stands after Paris). |

Good stat Sally, I might back goals. Athletico could definitely put a few past Chelsea.

2.6 for overs. Thats huge. Worth a punt.

Don't see how this match will have 3+ goals. Wait to see lineups I suppose but both sides would probably accept 0-0 and take their chances in the second leg.

I think an early goal is a possibility, especially with the way Atletico came out blazing in the QF 2nd leg.

In Argentina 3+ can be 4's! lol Who say 2.6 is enough?
|
|
By:
i cant see many goals here but then who can? you never know - some ppl swear by contrarian strategies - go against the crowd if you want real value.
|
|
By:
horangi, we are not talking about Argentinian football, and overs and 'unders'
are usually pretty close to each other, 'unders' being slightly the most common, around 52% historically, that being an average of 2.6 goals per game. |

Can't see more than 1

None of us can!!

All I can see is a Madrid win. Easy win also!!!
Top of their league battling with Barca and Real............. Chelsea are poor from home this season and cant finish for ****. 1 nil win away to Swansea and lost to Sunderland....... Just isnt exceptable from a supposedly top team. Atl Madrid win here as they are a power house at home........ Attack hard n fast like when they beat Barca hopefully! Ov 2.5 and to qualify |
|
By:
..did an argie contrarianism bet the other night on high overs....failed spectacularly....
..will have another go on this...... over and 4.5 and 5.5 |
|
By:
if this does start to play out in a tight cagey manner as many expect, then I would have to favour Atletico.
In all comparable matches this season for both clubs, against quality opposition, when presented with very few openings, Atletico have managed to convert those chances almost twice as effectively as Chelsea. So if a similar pattern evolves and both teams only conjure up say a couple of clear openings, I fully expect Atletico to convert at least one of theirs, and Chelsea to fluff em. |

on the match,overs-just give this 10 to 15 mins....

...then what?

does anyone know if the bookings market is in play, its says if reopened for in play, will they or wont they

Two bets for me in this
First is ht draw/ft Atletico @ 5.1 in the ht/ft market Second is 1-0 Atletico with a bit of cover on 0-0. I take what you say about Chelsea's record but Atletico's defence is very solid, and Chelsea lack a credible attacking threat tonight. Both teams will b |

Both teams will be relatively happy with 0-0 here.
|
|
By:
Can't see AM being that happy with a 0-0 tbh. This is a great chance for them to win tonight then have a good advantage going into 2nd leg
|

The booking markets are not 'in play' on here but are
on the spreads. |

best defence in la liga !!!!!!!!
|
|
By:
athletico 3-1,and 2-2 madrid will think they can win the game in 1st leg and will surely want to win after even 3-1 wasnt good enough for paris to take to chelsea,i carnt see why theyd be happy with 0-0 at all

Madrid to win and win well for me. Still to decide but likely to pick Madrid -1 (9/4) gl
