officials have been a disgrace...nothing unusual for a Premier League match.
I attend a lot of football league games and there are plenty of referees out there at least no more incompetent than Foy. Amazing how he continues to be selected to referee in the Premier League. The only thing worse than the refereeing has been the commentary.
