Why have Dnipro shortened and are favs for the match?

Tottenham sending a weakened side out. I wouldn't call 26 million soldado weak though. Suprised to see them this big considering they dismantled Newcastle 4-0 last week priced at 2.26 before a drift at the off to 2.5.

You need to be on top of team news, especially in cup games with teams regularly playing weakened sides. Don't know why Tottenham are making changes, they're not in any domestic cups so there isn't any need to.

Can't blame Sherwood really. As ever, it's 4th place that Spurs really want and with liverpool and Everton having the advantage of not being in europe, it's no surprise he'd rather rest players.
