i'm not banging on about money
we've waisted so much over the years on mediocre players on ridiculous wages it was such mis management by the club that led to our demise in the first place imo |

c'mon doc, even jose understands where chelsea stand on the ladder of british clubs, shoulder to shoulder with Aston Villa.

Seems a daft argument Chelsea have won multiple league titles and probably every club cup that to me makes them a big club imo
You can argue if they are bigger or not than liverpool whose title and cup haul is also impressive Players and managers always make these comments Torres did it when he moved its something fans of each club like to hear or not depending which side your on |

no offence to aston villa supporters

of course you are right doc.
why didn't roman buy lpool ,or everton? because he didn't want to go there every week looking at the khazi of a place knowing he was blowing his money in that god forsaken place, he didn't buy utd, cos he thought he'd leave that to someone who wanted to fleece their hapless misguided fans, and he wouldn't touch city with a bargepole because they're all potty up there. we are truly blessed to have him as an owner, and it all came about because we're are from the best part of the greatest city on this planet. |

Roman bought Chelsea cos they were v cheap (and very tax efficient) considering the amount of land they own etc (wd ken bates for running them into the ground before) nowt to do with history or size or football at all really. As for London (Chelsea) house prices that'll be (mainly) the Russian (mafia) keeping prices high so 'ordinary' British people are priced out of living in many parts of central London - esp Chelski - now the Chinese are following Roman's example. Wd Roman for that - the less British there are in London all the more room for the rich (tax) tourists.......

by the way are liverpool fc still trying to get the residents near the ground out on the cheap

the inner part of south west london has always been in the very top bracket for property prices. regarding when he bought them, they were a team in the aformentioned location who were in the champions league [and have been ever since]. i suppose it backs up your prejudices to blame roman and chelsea for the high property prices even though they are baseless in fact. the top and bottom of it is that prices have always been at the top of the market because it's one of the most delightful areas in the greatest city on the planet. |
