admitted? Have I ever said anything else? If I have, please show me where.
I know you have form for not reading other posts, but surely you have some idea of what your own posts say?
You've constantly said from the start that because of the constraints he can't be expected to make a profit on his selections(Which is fair and we can all agree). Now you've joined what I and others have been saying in that he's just putting up nonsense bets for the sake of it.
A big movement from the cheerleading you were doing earlier in the thread when he hit a winning run and constantly trying to get the thread pulled.
I notice in the other thread you've been caught out posting some 'stats' from a paper without checking them. This thread should be a clue as to why you don't blindly follow paper tipsters.

CJ70, you have a vivid imagination. ''all over the place...''trying to get a thread pulled ... That's rubbish and you know it.
Another case of you not reading posts and/or forgetting what you've written, ken?

How can you be critical of someone who tips 60 winners?
You've said yourself he's just putting up nonsense bets for the sake of it.
Is that not being critical? Or did you forget what you'd written again?

CJ70, He IS putting up nonsense bets for the sake of it, and you guys take it all so seriously. Doh!
Is this another case of you not reading the post you've replied to?
I'm not sure if you are deliberately scatty or someone who isn't able to function at a normal level.

CJ70, I have to plead guilty to the fact that I hardly read your posts, based on your previous, which if I took seriously, I would be nervous about getting out of bed in the morning. You seem to know very little about betting it seems to me, so don't bother to postanything for me because I won't be reading them. GL.
Unable to function at a normal level then.

3rd OctoberIn progress - Ludogorets 33/1 to qualify from their Champions League group. That's to finish in the top 2 against Real Madrid (surely quaking in their boots), Basle, and Liverpool. Can sort of understand if it was New Year's Eve and McGovern was 30 points down and trying to level up on the year. But this is the 2nd 33/1 lunatic punt in a week. Pitiful.
For the first time in his life he's actually got value on that one. More luck than judgement you'd have to imagine as I doubt he'd even heard of them before the Liverpool game.
Longest winning streak 6.
Longest winning streak 6. Longest losing streak 13.

Derek doing a very good wind up here. LOL.
Admirable that you keep coming back to this thread to try and protect one of your idols.

I find it funny that you guys take it so serious. It's hilarious!!
Of course. That is a completely different attitude to another person calling himself 'kenilworth' earlier in the thread.
It should provide a good lesson to you on why you should do your own research and not follow what is written in the papers.

CJ70, be good enough to highlight my opinion earlier inthe thread as I have no idea what you are on about,no more than you know what you are on abouteither.
Read the thread, ken. It's that easy. Another case of you don't remember what you were saying?
Instead of throwing abuse at anyone who doesn't worship paper tipsters as idols, you would be better off learning from this thread and others that people pick you up on.

Read the thread? 423 posts?? Be a good boy andhighlight what you are twittering about.
Or just remember what you posted? We go through this all the time, ken. You change your mind half way through a thread and then try and get out of it by pleading that you don't read your own or others posts.
Perhaps if you scroll back a little way you'll be able to find where you said you were leaving the thread? Remember that one?
That's why it's admirable that you make yourself look silly trying to stick up for one of your idols.

I am rude to those who are rude to me,it's as simple as that, and you fall into that category right up to your neck. Everything I say, you disagree with.
Nobody is rude to you. You are mocked openly by myself and others because you want to be something you are not. I think I've been generously playful towards you considering you can't hold a conversation and struggle with basic betting that isn't back Team A to win at X.
You should learn from this thread and your changes of opinion. I wont hold my breath.
I'll repeat it's admirable that you keep coming back to defend one of the people you clearly admire, but your constant flip-flopping to try and save face does you no favours.

Regards Mc Govern, and how I see him. He is a professionaljournalist, writes a mildly amusing piece for a Red Top andmost days puts up a bet, without qualification, on all sortsof sport, IMO a fun bet. It seems that on level stakes, thisbet shows a loss, reportably of between 15% and 20%, whichis what I would expect anyone to 'achieve' under the constraintshe makes his selection(s). It seems some people on here think he should show a profit for reasons I fail to understand andand he is mocked unjustly IMO. I have repeatedly invited his criticsto show us/me how it should be done but so far no one has, becauseit's virtually impossible for them to do better. I defend any tipster to win doing what he does, but some people think becausehe writes for a newspaper qualifies him as profitable tipster, whatrubbish IMO. I think it's because they almost mostly are losersoverall, and it makes them feel better about themselves. I come under criticism mainly because I defend him, a heinous act ITO. Hismain critic(s), I will just ignore from here on.how
I tried it and failed.... Marychain beat him comfortably though....
As I have always said I enjoy most of his jokes and the only thing I object to the fact that it says "sports betting top tipster" above his column. Or is that part of the joke maybe?

How do you mean McGovern has picked up his online activities again. ?
He's back on Twitter and has restarted his website, also back on Hills giving abuse on their podcasts.
All this has happened since Joe39 stopped updating this thread.
