Betfair must have the worst computing technology out of any of the big name bookmakers, where does all our comission money go?
Mr Spock that happens alot to me when I withdraw, log out then log back in and it should be fine. BF cant explain why that happens

They once claimed one of my withdrawals didnt go though due to a "currency mismatch"
I had to CONTACT them about it after a week I didnt receive my money... They didn't contact me!

On the plus side at least I can still bet on the golf...
had a big goals bet inplay and lay winner of 90 mins both have now been shafted, I feel so lucky, can't wait for "Sorry" post from betfair it will make everything including my balance better...
This is completely ridiculous. I work for a software company and will be contacting Betfair first thing tomorrow morning to sell them lots of stuff
On the plus side I saved a few quid by not laying my position but also lost in many other positions I was going to trade in.

Far as I'm aware the terms and conditions are that bets will only be void if the game isn't complete.
Betfair may, in its sole and absolute discretion, decide to suspend betting on a market at any time (even if such suspension is earlier than anticipated by the Exchange Rules). In the interests of maintaining integrity and fairness in the markets, Betfair may also void certain bets in a market or void a whole market in its entirety.
Notice the may. I doubt they will as they will loose ALOT of commission.

Why do BF cause themselves so many problems. Just go Unmanaged-In-Play for every footy game.....everyone's a winner, sorted.
Who can forget the time they offered a cash out offer as compensation for a system failure, and then the system failed during the cash out offer

Not strictly true. It went down for around 15-20 minutes from the 65th minute of the 3pm games and the Russia U19 game has just completely disappeared.

BF don't void merely because they couldn't keep a match inplay.
Having said THAT JC1326 there are people in the forum now complainng about things being voided. BF are a law unto themselves sometimes..

Should be fine, i've had some bets settled on 3pm games that were made before it all suspended
