Right then... in a way I am looking for people to talk me out of this as I am considering my biggest ever bet on the first one

Moldova are 1.5 with Victor to score in both halves against San Marino OR 1.667 to win both halves, I know 1.5 isn't a big price by any means normally but come on it's in Moldova, Moldova beat them 2-0 away in the reverse fixture (scoring in both halves) and beat them 4-0 last time they met at home (1-0 HT 4-0 FT)

Russia are 1.75 to win both halves away in Luxembourg (or 1.55 to score in both halves)... the reverse fixture was 4-1 to Russia, I know Luxembourg did well against Northern Ireland but I think that was a fluke of a result.

and finally... Czech Republic are a mammoth 2.25 to win both halves away in Malta (or 1.775 to score in both halves), with the groups coming down to the crunching point I think Czech Rep will win 3-0 or 4-0...

Thoughts? The San Marino one is the one tempting me most btw

I have a large single on Moldova to win and I am more nervous than usual when it comes to betting against San Marino simply because Moldova aren't the strongest side, but in rationalising it I keep reminding myself of the following:

- Moldova beat San Marino 4-0 two years ago in Chisinau having gone into the game on the back of a run of six consecutive defeats (five qualifiers, one friendly).
- Moldova beat San Marino 2-0 in Serravalle last year having gone into the game on the back of a run of eight consecutive games without scoring a goal (three qualifiers, five friendlies) since the 4-0 win in Chisinau.

These results show that, while Moldova aren't the strongest side, they are still better than San Marino. Regarding scoring in both halves, it's worth noting that the last time San Marino kept a clean sheet in either half/didn't 'lose' either half in a qualifying match away from home was in 2003 against Hungary (0-0 HT, 3-0 FT). They did make it to 0-0 at half-time at home to Moldova, but in recent years they've also managed to do that against Sweden, Czech Republic, Republic of Ireland and Cyprus, all of whom went on to win, so I wouldn't be too concerned about that.

Based on this, 1.667 in particular looks a decent price and, while not an absolute certainty, would appear very likely to come in.

Moldova are atrocious so no bet,

Luxembourg improving so no bet. Differange performances an example at club.

Czechs are cat and Malta are not bad at home so no bet.

Not having a pop but they are shocking value. If a gun was put to my head i would go with Moldova.

If you want talking out of these - look at the tables. Moldova are 5th in the group and will finish 5th so this match is really a friendly - personally I wouldn't have my biggest ever bet in a nothing match. Especially one on a "stat" type bet.

Czech Repbulic are also basically out and playing for pride, I see Rosicky has withdrawn from squad check the team news for sure.

thought Czechs could still qualify, what if danes and bulgars lose today? they'd catch up.

I like Iceland win both halves though theres no liquidity for this yet, they've improved and need to carry on their momentum, Cyprus have been awful specially away from home.

turks must win game too but no value unless u also back them to score or win both halves, thatd be more risky.perhaps a big bet just on turk win.

Moldova should be fine, but bear in mind England where only ten minutes away from going in at half-time 0-0 against San Marino and they beat Moldova 9-0 on aggregate...

Wouldn't take the Russia and Czech bets. I'm sure they'll both win but Malta are more than capable of getting to half-time level, as are Luxembourg.

Techically they can still finish 2nd but.......

1. Denmark have Malta at home last game so will win easily and probably have a better goal difference
2. Even if the Czechs win both their games they'll only have 15 points. 15 points will not be enough to make the play offs as they'd be the lowest of the 9 groups.

As said above take the Moldovan bet as even though they struggled to break down Andorra, San Marino away are a whole new world of awful.

Both Malta and Luxembourg look like handicap material as apart from fluke results they more than hold their own at home these days. Yes, Israel I'm looking at you.

Hope you didn't go with Moldova HT/FT as it was highly unlucky that they didn't score in the first half - had two golden opportunities, one of which hit the post, the other a header against the bar from three yards out. For me it would have seemed a safer option than either of the other two before kick-off...suppose hindsight is a great thing!
