yes will do, I've suggested they void all bets on the game as nobody had an opportunity to alter their positions on the game

well over 24 hours and heard nothing apart from the automated reply saying they should contact me within 48 hours, which is ridiculous, they cocked up by settling before the end of the game. Sorry to those who won on the game, but voiding it is the only sensible option IMHO
