well over 24 hours and heard nothing apart from the automated reply saying they should contact me within 48 hours, which is ridiculous, they cocked up by settling before the end of the game. Sorry to those who won on the game, but voiding it is the only sensible option IMHO

"I can confirm that our feed provider sent us through the results prematurley and the markets were settled, once we realised this mistake we reinstated the markets and settled them correctly upon completion of the match. I would like to apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused." |
