Horrid game to predict really, Liverpool lost twice in the last week, after wins in their first few matches. Sunderland are dire, due to the players Di Caneo purchased were, I think they were going to announce Gus Poyet as manager, but then found out what happened at Brighton. So its the caretaker manager, running things today, who won't have a job, when the new manager is appointed. For Liverpool Suarez, looked lively on Wednesday and they should be far too good for this poor outfit, but I can't bring myself to back Liverpool at 1.64

This game is prime for a hatful of bookings. There will be players on the pitch who are on more than nodding terms with the referee's notepad: Lee Cattermole, Luis Suarez and Lucas all instantly spring to mind. This market stays pretty illiquid until late on, so my advice is to keep an eye on it and have small stakes on those three to be shown at least a yellow.
If you're feeling slightly braver you could back a sending off which is generally available at about 5.5 - 6.0. |
