nowt to do with football but am staying at castle bar at weekend just round corner from the emirates so are there many bars round there and are they decent ? cheers

Loads of Costa's and Starbucks round there I would have thought. F**king nancies.
Doubt that there's anything like the Corner Bar or Last Orders like there is outside your ground Mary
I walled past gresty road on my way to the bands style take away on Sunday night, proper old school ground, love walking past them I always get a thrill
I love Gresty Road. I live 50 miles away but know it like the back of my hand. And two of all-time favourite photos are there. One from just after the Play-off win in 1997 when we beat Brentford and got promoted to the Championship and we all piled off the coach and took our photo by the sign before partying the night away. The other from after the Play-off win in 2011- when we all piled off the train this time, and got our photo taken by the Gresty Road sign before partying the night away.
Can't beat a football ground, always brings a smile to the face no matter where it is. Always has done ever since I was a kid. Probably due to growing up in the sticks lol
