£10 each time? Or £10, win £10.73 after commission then risk £10.73, win £11.57, etc etc

youd need £22 to begin with wouldn't you, tracy? unless youre going to back o 0.5 instead, ie the liability would mean youd lose over a tenner if you started with that amount, that's assuming youre laying @ 12/

Grow up was aimed at Goalhanger!   Im starting with £10 and my liability will be the whole £10 at odds of 12, then on the next one it will be my whole balance as liability again x

if you stick to 12/1 laying youll be very restricted ie games, or are you going to do it inplay?

assuming:
betfair odds of 12
5% comm

you would need 47 correct in a row to make £450

lays maybe you could put up a thread on here letting us know your bets, tho youd no doubt get lots of imbeciles posting comments along the way.

Thank you very much Jlivermore, i am doing it on another exchange, my son uses this so its easier if i use the other and my comm rate is 3%, does that make much of a difference? x

No, will still be 47... you'll end up with £488 instead of £451 though

Im hoping to achieve it by the end of this month so if i did a minimum of 2 a day at odds of around 12-15 i would reach my target if they were all correct?

Merely out of curiousity, why did you feel it necessary to announce yourself as female? Why not just ask for advice without any reference to your sex?

I just find it odd.

I don't start my threads by saying "Hi, my name's Johnny and I'm a 37 year old Gemini, solvent, successful, WLTM woman with GSOH etc. etc. and by the way can anyone help me with dutching correct scores in the Blackburn - Preston match?"

My advice is unless you can find 12 shots that should be really 14 don't bother. In fact don't bother at all if you're going all in on 40 odd occasions. If you do dodge the bullets and get to £450 what then? Withdraw and never come back or carry on and lose far more than the £450 because of the assumption that you did it once so you could get, very, lucky again?

alas! but, buzzer, once people have made up their minds about such a stratagem, no words of wisdom, or otherwise, will sway the, and, as you know buzzer, there are so many of us willing and able to keep repeating the same mistakes...I just find it interesting to watch people post up their bets.

Hi,looking for advice on where i can go with this-My ex boyfriend who i lived with for 2 years took out credit agreements in my name 12 months ago, we split 3 months ago and it has just come to my attention,i tried to obtain credit and could not get it, he has at least 3 debts in my name in the region of 2k,he has done this without my knowledge, this was for goods that he now has, garden furniture, pc and other things that i dont know as yet. I work full time and he does not work, another thing i found out yesterday was about the rent on the house where we lived, i was giving him £500  each month to pay the rent and council tax and it has come to light that all the time he was getting housing/council tax benefit and i was not on the electoral roll, he told them i left sept 2010 so he could claim these benefits, i was putting the money in hes bank each month so at least there is record of it in my banking history, cant beleive there are total scumbags who claim to be your partner/future wife etc, Any ideas..............

Maybe not.

The credit in my name was my problem, he got into a lot of trouble for falsely claiming housing and council tax benefit,he was still claiming it when we had split and he didnt live where he was claiming the benefit for, the benefits knew this but let him keep claiming it, all the time letting him dig the hole a bit bigger until they decided to confront him about it, music to my ears, got all what he deserved x
