At least they will spend money here. The pubs restaurants will be packed with Germans unlike the spanish who buy a bottle of water and complain about the weather.

There are some great places to go for a drink/meal/night out in London, but none are in Wembley! The walk from either station to the ground is pretty grim. I'm sure the Germans heading out of Wembley Central will be expecting to find a few nice steak houses and bars, not to have to choose between Burger King, KFC, or a three day old sandwich from Costcutter.

HRH The Lager Khan They are in for a real culture shock when they discover what a rancid fester hole the area around Wembley Stadium is.
Spot On. They think London is a cosmopolitan city and won`t expect the wasteland that is Wembley.

granted the train station is a bit ropey. and if you ask people for directions they just ignore you. and the buses use police officers as security guards. but thats part of the charm?

both teams will be playing their biggest rivals in the biggest competition in the world, in the most iconic stadium, in the worlds most visited city. most of them will be trashed before they get across the channel .....and then there is you lot worrying about what they will think about ha9 architecture...bless

Having been to 100`s of Bundesliga games I can safely tell you that most of the fans WON'T be trashed before the game.
That is what you lot do and also why your reputation inn Europe is so low

Well said, RAPS. Us Brits have much to learn from the Germans with their good behaviour, great culture and - dare I say it - sense of humour!
Welcome to England my German friends and have a great time. Alles Gute

ther germans are humourless simple people but friendly, they dont understand banter whatsoever, they take everything at face value, in bars they is never eruptions after a goal either, its more polite cheering, over in england it real passion, esp when hteir aborad in spain, i remeber champions league games between english and germans, at most there were quiet fist pumps in the air when ze germans scored, when the english sides score u need an umbrella to prevent urselfs from being soaked with flying beer

if they had any sense they would open up the Olympic Park as a giant fanzone - screen the match on big screens and make it a real party - Dortmund have had 100,000 applications for tickets at Munich will be a similar amount - those guardians of european football, UEFA will give each team a paltry 29k each with the rest going to the 'football family' (ie corporate suits who don't know their offide from their goal kick).
There will be at least as many Germans here outside the stadium as inside - maybe we should leave it to our FA to organise something - going by their organising of the Cup Final, making 2 NW teams kick off at 5.30 no doubt they will put the German fan mile in Blackpool
