United nearly 6/4 now. When did they last go off
at that price in a League match at home? |
By:
against man city last season ken

By:
my guess 6-6 ht....and 6-9 ft

Minutes applause or silence tonight?

I think it'll be a low scoring draw tonight.
Man City one eye on Chelsea on the weekend & their only chance of winning a trophy. United looking a bit tired and seeing the league out. A tame draw would suit both, but if there is a match to wait until it goes in play to bet this would probably be it, with questions over the motivations of the teams. |

People, for me anyway, really seem to be underestimating Ferguson here. People really think he won't want revenge for 1-6, ''City are still a better side than United'', ''Fergie RIP'', ect? I'd be stunned if United didn't go full throttle this evening, and City have been poor away from home, asking a lot for them to stand up to that.

By:
United nothing else to play for too, so no need to rest anyone.
By:
I thought he had his revenge at ManC earlier in the season.
3-2 was it? |
By:
A little known fact about the Manchester derby is that both teams come from the City of Manchester, in England.

Anyone who believes the race is still going needs sectioned. Don't see how fergie would take a 'tame draw' in a month of Sundays. |

Everyone has their own opinion on this and its a different topic but I don't think revenge is ever really much of a factor in football. I've heard alot of interviews with managers and players where they get asked about revenge as a possible motivation, and they've all said you cant think like that because you'll lose focus and not play to your best abilities. But they may of been lying.
Man United know they have won the league, they were really poor against chelsea & there is no need to win this game. I don't know you may be right but I'd rather wait till it goes in play, we'll know how up for it they are after the first 10 minutes. |

3-2

It's rare that players of a manchester utd mentality will just 'not be bothered'. That isn't the sort of attitude that day in day out has got them where they have.
I don't think they can down tools anymore than they can decide to turn it on. Whatever happens it won't be because they can't be bothered now the league is won. Complacency is a different matter, but against City there can hardly be complacency. |
By:
its a derby game
Goals over 1.5 @ 1.29 |
By:
It's a derby where each side can lay a marker for next year, and in United's case they can rub City's noses in it - I cant see any chance either side is 'not bothered'.
By:
its a derby game, goals?!!!!fck knows could be a tight one,or a goalfest, why people are so sure therell be stacks of goals fck knows, way to the fckn poor house being so sure of 4+ goals ffs
By:
I'm not sure, but that's why I've got big odds on my bet.
By:
man utd clean sheet at nearly 3s is tempting pre kick off
By:
Rooney in goal or something, with this drift!?
By:
i reckon united should be odds on here 10-11 tops .
how come theyre 13-8 ? |
By:
man utd @ 2.6 thanks

Man U trading @ 1.82 (draw no bet....at OT with all the motivation in the world to rub City's nose in it. Is that not SOME price or am I missing something here? I'm on at 1.66, again at 1.77 and despite the drift I'm still chuffed
By:
this drift stinks to high heaven....no team news broke early on twitter?
By:
Got to be bad, problem with RVP or something?
By:
cant get much bigger
BACK united |
By:
If this was a Russian or other Eastern Bloc game I would be very suspicious of the drift. As the game is being played in good ole Ingerland this match will be straighter than a curly wurly choccie bar. I havent read so much Martin Chuzzlewit on a thread for a long time.
With local derbies form often does not apply. But if Citeh win tonight with their crepe away record, not only will I be amazed, but Utd's owners should put Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas in charge of Utd and make the Alex version sing in her place! I have a very large position on this game and as long as Citeh don't win by any one of 3 scores, my unbeaten Correct Score Method will remain unbeaten. Good luck and I hope this clarifies the matter! |
By:
is one of those scores 1-6 Slicer?
![]() |
By:
Certainly not!
I don't lay at ridiculous odds like 1000! 900 is my limit! ![]() I hope this further clarifies the matter! |
